Insurance No Longer Accepted
After 30+ years of accepting commercial insurance and managed care insurance, we no longer accept any insurance. We understand this may be difficult for some consumers. However, many of our current state-of-the-art services are not reimbursed by insurance. Many providers no longer accept insurance, due to multiple issues. Our fees are very reasonable for the quality of services provided by experienced and respected providers. We accept credit cards.
Estimated Fees for Individuals
New Federal Legislation requires statement of fees. This is extremely difficult, as each person's situation is different. A short, focused Neurocognitive Exam for Attention, Concentration and Memory issues ranges from $875 to $1500. An introductory NeuroBehavioral Consultation (Telehealth or In Office) may cost $225.
Comprehensive Neurocognitive Examinations
A Comprehensive Neurocognitive Examination assesses most aspects of neurocognitive functioning, plus adjunct areas impacting cognition,such as physical pain, anxiety and/or depression. These exams range in cost from $2250 to $4500. The cost is determined for each person's needs and situations.
Treatment & NeuroRehabilitation
We offer NeuroRehabilitation and Optimal Performance services. The base charge for this is $125/Hr. There also are Monitoring fees for evaluating and modifying data from rehabilitation programs, or other programs that provide us with needed information on your health and performance. Monitoring Fees start at $100/Month.
Legal Fees
Legal Services are not part of the Federal Legislation. Please contact our office directly for a Legal Fee schedule.
